"Return Policy Issues"
I bought a gilet for my daughter as a Christmas gift. After the holidays, she realized it wasn't her style, so we sent it back right away. The company got the return but then reached out to inform us that their policy is a strict 14 days with NO EXCEPTIONS during the holiday season. I forked out £6 to ship it back, and now they’ve charged me £2.30 to get the item returned to me. I won’t be shopping with them again, and I’d recommend you steer clear too.

Ordered a gilet for daughter for Christmas. After Christmas she decided she didn't like it so we returned it immediately. Company received it and then contacted us to say returns policy 14 days with NO EXCEPTIONS over Christmas. Paid £6 to send item back, then they've changed £2.30 for me to get item back from them. Will never use them again and suggest you don't either.

"Christmas Exchange Policy Issues"
I got a gilet for my daughter for Christmas, but the fit was just awful, not at all like what was shown online. I'm left with it since the exchange policy for the holiday season is only 15 days. That's just not right!
If you order early for Christmas, you can't send it back because the 15-day countdown starts from when you place the order, not when it arrives. With the post being slow this time of year, that really needs to be considered.
I won't be shopping here again!

I bought a gilet for my daughter for Christmas and the fit was horrible, not like shown on the website.
I’m stuck with it as the Exchange policy during Christmas period is also 15 days. That’s totally unacceptable !
If you buy in advance for Christmas, then you can’t return It as the 15 days start to count when you order until they get it. Post is slow during this time and that should be taken into account.
I will never buy from this shop again!

"Absolutely the most terrible experience!"
I can’t believe how bad this has been! They hardly respond to my emails, and honestly, I’m done ordering from this site for good, no doubt about it.
It’s been three weeks, and my order still hasn’t shown up. What a total nightmare! At this rate, I’m just hoping it doesn’t arrive in the next hundred years, haha!
